1. SERVICES:      Designer shall design and co-ordinate all website(s), flyers,
                             business card, etc. as agreed upon.


2. PAYMENT:     The following shall apply:

                              a.        Client shall pay a 50% deposit for items or services totaling
                                          over $100.00.

                               b.       The remaining balance must be paid before or on the
                                          date of hand exchange or web page download.  If balance
                                          is not paid in full, I (JoeAnna Thornton Brooks) have the
                                          right to hold until PAID IN FULL or refuse client the job done.

                                   
3. CANCELLATIONS:  Client’s web contract can be terminated by Client text message
​or email 2 days prior to renewal of service.
